Bloody Nipple Discharge
Bloody nipple discharge isn’t a very common occurrence. It is recognized as an earnest medical concern. One diagnosis can optimally reveal itself as a result of a benign infection called intraductal papilloma or mastitis. Thankfully, mastitis is considered a non-cancerous condition in most cases.
That said, bloody nipple discharge can also be breast cancer’s early warning sign. Typically, cancer is discovered from bloody discharge. If you have one or more lumps in your breast, if the discharge consistently happens off and on, or if bloody nipple discharge initially occurs only in one breast, it’s time to talk to your doctor.
