Not Remembering Names
If you’ve ever forgotten someone’s name, don’t worry too much. If this happens frequently, the brain would love you to help it out, and so would the people whose names you couldn’t recall. The brain isn’t the only piece to the memory puzzle, however.
Remember talking about hormones? They just keep showing up, seeking attention. Fatigue and stress can easily disrupt hormonal balance and brain function. Memory lapses and forgetfulness can be largely connected to low levels of thyroid hormone.
Hormonal balance and functionality are crucial pieces to the body’s overall working puzzle. If hormones aren’t cooperating, cognition and memory slow down. Get that full thyroid blood panel done and see if that doesn’t do the trick.
