Nerve damage
Next on our list is nerve damage. Any time someone with diabetes’ blood sugar level is not within the normal range they can feel ill. When this happens, it can cause nerve damage, which can be extremely painful and uncomfortable. The main indicator of nerve damage is an odd or burning sensation of the body. This is most likely to occur in the feet and toes.
Dizziness, sexual dysfunction, and issues with digestion can also be a result of nerve damage. Therefore, if you happen to experience any of the above symptoms, it is important to inform your doctor right away in order for them to examine whether or not nerve damage is the cause. However, it is important not to panic as there are other possible causes of these health issues.
